Product information:
This equipment adopts a closed box structure, a suspended man-machine interface operation, a large visual window, and the test loops inside the box. The inner box uses a mirror panel and a special air duct design to ensure that the box produces a standard concentration of laminar airflow, and is equipped with a negative pressure vacuum device. The main structure includes pretreatment box, test box, dust suction port, dust collection box, circulating dust blowing device, vacuum system, dust storage tank, flow valve, heating system, reverse flow blade, and protective plug.
It is used to test the performance of electronic and electrical products, automobile and motorcycle parts, seals and lamps in the use, storage and transportation of sand and dust environments, and the purpose is to determine the harmful effects of particles carried by the airflow on the product

Structure:
The machine adopts a closed chamber structure, a suspended man-machine interface operation device, a large visual window, the test circulates inside the cabinet. The inner chamber adopts a mirror panel and a special air duct design, which ensures to produce a standard concentration of laminar airflow in the chamber, there is a vacuum suction device is arranged.
The main structure includes outer chamber, inner chamber, dust suction port, dust recycling funnel, circulating dust blowing device, vacuum system, dust storage tank, flow valve, heating system, reverse flow blade, protective plug.
