It is used for the bending strength test of the handle of the cookware. The fastening connecting part of the handle bears a force of 100N, and there should be no failure in the joints such as riveting and welding.

The design of the handle bending strength test apparatus of cookware complies with BS EN 12983-1:2020 clause 7.5 and Appendix D.
