STE18-S is a split keypad smart prepaid single phase electricity meter launched by “Stron”company with independent intellectual property rights.It has multiple functions such as prepayment,low credit alarm,anti-tamper,self-testing,TOU tariff,event recording,load control,prepaid&post-paid switch,etc.In today’s digital economy,it has gained more trust of residents because of smart functions,automatic maintenance and convenient installation.“Stron”company is not only the original manufacturers of prepaid energy meter,but also has the vending platform named Stronpay.Manual of Stronpay is available for the clients in case.

Main functions
●Prepaid function: can only use water after paying, close water valves after running out of water.
●Low credit alarm:when the remaining electric quantity is less than the alarm quantity, the electricity meter often shows the remaining electric quantity to remind the user to buy electricity.
●Prepaid & post-paid switch:meter can be switched to prepaid mode or post-paid mode.
●Measurement function:user can measure the electricity consumption,the credits,etc.
●TOU Tariff:utilities can set step price on request.
●Event recording:meter can record the tamper event, open cover event, purchase event and TOKENS.
●Self-testing:meter has a self-test function, it can test LCD and relay etc. and report the results directly.
●Anti-tamper:meter will automatically close the valve after detection of magnetic field and cover-opening event.
●Overdraft Collection:electricity Overdraft can be collected day by day or month by month.
●Communication:the meter is available with AMI system through LORA RF or Bluetooth 4.0 on request.
●Load control function:meter can be programmed for load control threshold, If the current power is more than threshold. The meter will cut off user load.
●Information Inquiry:consumer could check the data like credit remain, total purchased and total credit by inputting the short code.

Two ways to recharge
●Via local sales point or handheld mobile vending unit
When user finds no electricity,they can go to point of sales to buy electricity where stronpay vending software is available.Token will be generated by vending software and user can use this token to recharge successfully.
●By the third party platform or local mobile payment with API
By application program interface,user can directly buy electricity in third party app where he will receive the TOKEN by SMS,and then inputting TOKEN by keypad,so that recharge is fished.
