The STE18-S is an STS Standard compliant, Split keypad type, automatically connection/disconnection prepaid electricity meter. The integrated keypad is offered to enter recharge TOKEN and check information by short codes.

Stronpay electricity vending software could be integrated to local Mobile Money Payment Platform like M-PESA, Alipay, MTN, Airtel, etc. So users can top up PAYG electricity by mobile money without leaving the house. In this way, we can meet the recharge needs of different users. We can recharge not only on our platform, but also on local platforms, which is very convenient.

Because each region and each customer's requirements for meter payment methods are different, some customers need pre-paid meters, while others need post-paid meters.Therefore, in order to meet the needs of different users, we set up two charging modes for electricity meters.And these two kinds of payment mode transformation, just need to input a string of corresponding short code can be realized.

Customer Interface Unit (CIU), is offered to enter recharge tokens and information by short codes. The CIU is installed inside customer’s house, when the meter is kept away from customer’s reach in locked boxes or houses. In this way, the user can recharge the electricity bill and inquire some relevant information without going out and contacting the electricity meter.

Main Functions:

●Prepaid function: can only use water after paying, close water valves after running out of water.

●Low credit alarm:when the remaining electric quantity is less than the alarm quantity, the electricity meter often shows the remaining electric quantity to remind the user to buy electricity.

●Prepaid & post-paid switch:meter can be switched to prepaid mode or post-paid mode.

●Measurement function:user can measure the electricity consumption,the credits,etc.

●TOU Tariff:utilities can set step price on request.

●Event recording:meter can record the tamper event, open cover event, purchase event and TOKENS.

●Self-testing:meter has a self-test function, it can test LCD and relay etc. and report the results directly.

●Anti-tamper:meter will automatically close the valve after detection of magnetic field and cover-opening event.

●Overdraft Collection:electricity Overdraft can be collected day by day or month by month.

●Communication:the meter is available with AMI system through LORA RF or Bluetooth 4.0 on request.

●Load control function:meter can be programmed for load control threshold, If the current power is more than threshold. The meter will cut off user load.

●Information Inquiry:consumer could check the data like credit remain, total purchased and total credit by inputting the short code.
