HT-E8S-1200 pick and place machine Advantage:
Single module magnetic linear motor Multi-functional pick and place machine.
1. Application:
1) Widely application: LED bulb,DOB bulb, LED tube, power drivers,down lights, household appliance etc.,with complete functions. Can meet the requirements of customers to produce a variety of products.
Notes: suitable for all boards on the market,Max PCB size:1200*500mm;can be customized.
2) Mounting components: It is applicable to the wider range of components, and can be mounted with resistors, capacitors, IC, bridge rectifiers, inductance, terminals, diodes, transistors, large-capacitance transformers, shaped components. High precision, can mount 0402 components.
2. Feature / Exclusive patented technology:
1) Electronic feeder feeding system: Electric feeder with double motor to ensure more stable and accurate feeding.
2) Camera recognition system: 2pcs camera,vision camera, flight identification, Mark automatic correction.ensure accurate mounting and high precision.
3) Non-stop material re-loading function,ensure high speed, increase productivity.
4) Auto-optimization after coordinates generated. to ensure high mounting precision.
5) Automatic replenishment: If there is material missing or throwing,can fully-automatic material replenishing to save labor.
6) The head structure is independent research and development by ETON, the structure and material are unique. and the mounting height is adjustable,up to 20mm.It can be applied to many high DOB components and has wider range of applications.
7) The X/Y axis uses high-end magnetic linear motor, which has higher accuracy and faster speed. Each head of Z axis is independently controlled by servo motor to ensure accurate mounting and high speed.
8) Software:Independent research and development by ETON, free upgrade whole lifetime, saving costs.
9) Feeders: Electric feeder with double motor, to ensure more stable and accurate feeding. Also improve the mounting speed.
