What is solder paste Semi-automatic printer?
Modern solder paste printing machines are generally composed of plates, tin paste, embossing, and transmission boards. Its working principle is: firstly, the circuit board to be printed is fixed on the printing positioning table, and then the solder paste or the red glue is printed on the corresponding pad through the steel mesh by the left and right scrapers of the printing machine, and the PCB which is uniformly printed is passed through. The transfer station is input to the placement machine for automatic placement.
The features of Semi-automatic printer machine
● Microcomputer control, touch screen display, menu operation interface.
● The scraper floats. (Like a fully automatic press, the scraper can float up and down freely and automatically adjust to the level of the steel mesh).
● The blade pressure is adjustable. (The pressure of the scraper blade on the steel mesh can be adjusted according to the length of the different types of scrapers).
● The steel mesh leaves the PCB board (released) with segmentation action, adjustable in 05 seconds. (That is similar to a fully automatic printing machine, the steel mesh slowly rises and demolds within 2 seconds, and then quickly rises off the PCB board, which avoids the drawing phenomenon caused by demoulding, saving time and improving production efficiency) .
● The working operation is operated by two-hand button switch, which is safe and reliable.
● In the touch screen menu, the left and right stop time of the scraper can be set vertically, the right lower stop time of the upper right stop, and the stop time of the steel net as a whole.
● PCB positioning and fixing methods include reference hole positioning, reference edge positioning and reference hole reference edge simultaneous positioning, template positioning and other different precise positioning forms.
● The time display function, the automatic counting function of printing times, and the screen protection function are provided in the touch screen.
● It has adjustable left and right scraper speed and emergency stop safety function.
