Desanding hydrocyclone tank is consisted with a upper hollow cylinder and a lower inverted cone, besides this, a feeding pipe, overflow pipe and sand settling outlet No drive unit, the structure of hydrocyclone is simple, low cost, particle size is fine after classifying, hi-efficient classifying, up to 80~90%.

The terms "bottom" and "top" in this context are used only to simplify the description. A hydrocyclone can work upside down or with an inclined or horizontal axis.
Solids and water are pumped in under pressure, creating a swirling motion inside the cyclone cylinder which throws the solids to the outside of the cylinder by centrifugal force. The larger particles move downwards under gravity and leave via the bottom outlet with a small quantity of water. A small amount of the fine solids remains near the centre of the cyclone with most of the water; this then spirals upwards around an air core and is removed via a central pipe (the vortex finder) and out the top overflow.

Applications of the desaning hydrocyclone were originally in the mineral processing industry for solid-liquid separation, i.e., the dewatering of particulate solids suspended in a water stream.
For mineral applications such as in hard rock and precious metals processing, Cyclones are the most common equipment to control what size of materials exit the comminution (ball milling) circuit.
The desanding hydrocyclone will be packaged securely in a cardboard box with foam padding to ensure safe transportation. The product will be sealed with tape and labeled with the product name and any necessary handling instructions.
