What solvents are recovered and regenerated?
The equipment is designed to handle common organic solvents in industry, typical applicable solvents include:
1. Hydrocarbon solvents
Toluene, xylene, n-hexane, heptane, etc. (ink, paint thinner)
2. Halogenated hydrocarbons
3. Dichloromethane, trichloroethylene, chlorobenzene, etc. (degreasing cleaning agents)
4. Ketone esters
, butanone, ethyl acetate, butyl acetate (printing, electronic cleaning)
5. Alcohol
Ethanol, isopropanol, pharmaceutical, cosmetic solvents
6.Mixed solvents
Paint thinner, compound cleaning agent, etc.
Exclusions:
⚠️ Strong acid/alkali solvents, oxidizing solvents (e.g. nitric acid), high boiling point solvents (>210℃) and water-soluble solvents (special configuration required).
Advantage:
304/316 stainless steel material is resistant to corrosion of the above solvents, automated distillation and separation technology can recover >90% of pure solvents, significantly reducing the cost of hazardous waste.
