ASME SA192 Carbon Steel Fin Tube Serrated With CS Fin Strip For Economizer And Heat Recovery
This high-efficiency heat exchange component is specifically engineered for boiler economizers and industrial waste heat recovery systems. It utilizes ASME SA192 carbon steel as the base tube material, the carbon steel fin strip is helically wound and securely welded onto the outer surface of the base tube through high-frequency welding process, forming distinctive serrated fin geometry.
This unique design effectively disrupts fluid boundary layers, enhances turbulence, and significantly improves heat transfer efficiency (20%-30% higher than smooth fins). The product is particularly suitable for harsh operating conditions including high-temperature/pressure environments and dusty flue gas applications in coal-fired boilers, heat recovery steam generators (HRSG), and petrochemical plants, ensuring both energy efficiency improvement and long-term operational reliability.

2. Key Features
(1) The installation is simple and economical. The maximum length of high frequency welding spiral fin tube can reach 6 meters, which reduces the connection points, makes the installation more economical and fast, and reduces the probability of water leakage at the joint.
(2) It is easy to maintain. After the installation of high frequency welding spiral fin tube, it is no longer necessary to maintain.
(3) High efficiency, high frequency welding spiral finned tube for fin and steel tube winding full contact welding, heat dissipation area is more than 8 times of smooth tube, internal more smooth, internal flow resistance is small.
(4) Long service life, high mechanical strength of fin and tube combination, tensile strength of more than 200MPa, both inside and outside of the tube are hot-dip galvanized.
