ASTM A335 Grade P9 is the specification for seamless ferritic alloy steel pipe designed for high temperature service. It is commonly used in power plants, refineries, etc.

Spiral fin tube, also known as fin tube, is a heat transfer surface composed of fins wrapped around the outer surface of a base tube. Fins increase surface area

The serrated finned tube is produced using high-frequency welding technology and has high-frequency patented technology. Using high-frequency power as the heat source, the steel strip and steel pipe are heated and welded together at the same time. It has the characteristics of long life, wide operating temperature range and high voltage resistance.

 

Serrations are small grooves or notches cut into the surface of the fins that disrupt the boundary layer and increase turbulence in the fluid flowing through the fins. This increased turbulence enhances convective heat transfer between the pipes and fluid, resulting in a more efficient heat exchanger. Serrated finned tubes are commonly used in applications requiring high thermal performance such as boilers, air-cooled condensers and other heat exchangers.
