Hastelloy C22 is an all-powerful nickel-chrome-molybdenum-tungsten alloy that has better overall fu corrosion resistance than other existing nickel-chrome-molybdenum alloys, including C-276, C4, and 625. Hastelloyc 22 alloy has good resistance to pitting corrosion, crevice corrosion and stress corrosion cracking. It has a unique ability to resist yang chemical water media, including wet lv, xiao acid or a mixture of yang chemical acids containing lv compound ions. At the same time, HastelloyC22 alloy also has ideal resistance to the reducing and yang chemical environment encountered during the process. Depending on the performance of this WAN energy, it can be used in some troublesome environments, or in multiple production purpose plants.
Hastelloy C22 alloy has exceptional resistance to various chemical environments, including strong oxidizing substances, such as lv iron, lv copper, chlorine, hot polluted solution (you machine without ji), jia acid, yi acid, vinegar suan anhydride, seawater and salt solutions. HastelloyC22 alloy has the ability to resist grain boundary precipitation formation in the welding heat affected zone, which makes it suitable for many chemical processes in the welding state.

Description:
Hastelloy C22 is a high molybdenum Ni-Cr-Mo alloy introduced in 1982, and its corrosion resistance in many media is better than Hastelloy C276 and Hastelloy C4 alloys, especially in oxidizing media such as FeCl3, CuCl2, wet chlorine, oxidation-reducing acids are more obvious. At the same time, the alloy also has excellent resistance to pitting corrosion, crevice corrosion and stress corrosion.

The corrosion resistance of Hastelloy C22 in many media is better than that of Hastelloy C276 and Hastelloy C4 alloys, especially in oxidizing media such as FeCl3, CuCl2, wet chlorine, oxidation-reducing acids.

Application:
Hastelloy C22 is mainly used in sea water, acetic acid, acetic anhydride, chlorination, and hydrogen fluoride systems, as well as in pickling equipment, plate heat exchangers, SO2 cooling towers, and other applications for the production of phosphoric acid and mixed acids. It solves problems such as comprehensive corrosion, pitting corrosion, and crevice corrosion, and is particularly suitable for media containing both large amounts of chloride ions and oxidants.
In addition, Hastelloy C22 can also be used for sewage treatment, garbage incineration and dust removal systems, fiberglass manufacturing, and so on.
