ASTM A249 TP321 Stainless Steel Welded Tube Bright Annealed Boiler, Heat Exchanger and Superheater Application
TP321 is a special stainless steel material, its chemical composition and properties are as follows:
TP321 material is a type 321 stainless steel, which contains 17-19% chromium, 9-12% nickel, 2-3% silicon, a minimum of 0.04% phosphorus, 0.30% manganese, and 0.075% niobium and other elemental elements in the metal.
ASTM A249 TP321 stainless steel heat exchanger tube has excellent corrosion resistance, heat resistance, high and low temperature strength and excellent processability and weldability. There are also very good corrosion characteristics of the water in the emergency room, and the corrosion resistance of the gasification medium is also very strong.
ASTM A249 TP321 stainless steel heat exchanger tube has good processability, can be used for stamping, cold processing, and excellent welding performance. Because of the high content of chromium in TP321 heat exchanger tube, it can resist high temperature attack and maintain its good corrosion resistance. In addition, the oxidation resistance of TP321 heat exchanger tube is relatively strong, which can resist atmospheric corrosion in the air and water vapor corrosion in the wet air, and has good resistance to moisture and heat aging.
In addition, TP321 heat exchanger tube has good electromagnetic properties, so it can be used as a component material in the electronics industry, such as power supplies, controllers, signal processors or magnetoelectric bonding devices.
