Manufacturing Processes for Embedded Finned Tubes:
Extrusion: The fins are extruded directly from the material of the tube, which provides a seamless integration of fins into the tube’s surface.
Swaging: A process where the tube is mechanically deformed to create the fins. This can be done either by a rotary swaging machine or a stamping process.
Welding or Bonding: Fins can be welded or bonded to the surface of the tube using high-precision techniques.
