Bright Annealed Stainless Steel Coil Tubing, ASTM A213 / A269 SS304 / SS316L
Stainless steel coil tubing is a kind of very long metal tube which is normally 1-3.25 inches in diameter. It's often supplied spooled on a large reel in the oil and gas industries, used for arbitration in oil and gas well and sometimes as production tube in depleted gas wells.
Similar to wirelining SS316 seamless Coiled Tubing is often used to carry out operations. The main advantage over wireline is the capacity to pump chemicals through the coil and the ability to push it into the hole rather than relying on gravity. Stainless Steel Coil Tube Heat Exchanger is ideal for applications such as unit heaters, boiler air preheating, condensing and cooling as well as high pressure, air tempering and dryer applications. Some of the features of coil tube heat exchangers are flexibility, low pressure drop, high efficiency.
SS304 coil tubing is also used for a cheaper kind of work over operations. It is used for open hole milling and drilling operations. Coiled tube steels have yield strengths ranging from 55,000psi -120,000psi so it can also be used to fracture the reservoir, a process where fluid is pressurized to thousands of psi on a specific point in a well to break the rock apart and allow the flow product flow. Almost any operation Coil tube can perform for oil well operations if used correctly. Welded Stainless Steel Coil tube has exceptional features such as high electric properties, excellent heat treatment, thermal properties, etc.
