Medical grade stainless steel micro capillary tubes are small-diameter hollow high-precision tubes made from stainless steel 304 grade, which are usually used in medical devices and equipments, like injection needle tubes, infusion needle tubes, IV cannulas, catheters, etc.. These capillary tubes are known for their high precision, good durability, good formability, strength, and excellent resistance to corrosion. These stainless steel capillary tubes are not the final needle tubes but they are the essential raw material that medical needle tube manufacturers use. They are cold drawn to highly precise dimensions and undergo rigorous processing to ensure they meet the stringent demands of piercing human skin and delivering or extracting fluids safely.
Our company has manufactured stainless steel capillary tubes for more than 30 years, not only used for medical devices, but also for industrial applications. For medical use, these capillary tubes are usually cut into fixed needle tube length and ground with special bevel needle tips.
