Product Description:
Stainless Steel Needle Tube is a small-bore, cold drawn needle tube which is made from 304 or 316L stainless steel due to their excellent corrosion resistance, strength, and biocompatibility. This needle tube is widely used in the medical device, aerospace, automobile, jewelry, food processing industries and so on. It is also popular for model makers. The needle tubes are produced from stainless steel strips. Stainless steel strips are processed by laser thermal fusion welding into capillary tubes, and these tubes are processed by reducing the diameter & thickness, annealing, cleaning, straightening and cutting. Then tubes are grinded into needle tubes with different needle points. This process holds tight tolerances on OD and ID. It is commonly referred to as Needle Tube. SUS304 and SUS316L needle tubes, compliant with ISO9626 standard, ensure safety, precision, and reliability in medical injections.

5.What grades of stainless steel are commonly used?
Grades 304, 304Ni8.5, 304Ni9, and 316 (medical-grade for enhanced corrosion resistance). If the needle tube has smaller, thinner size, thus it need to choose the stainless steel with higher Ni content.
