The PET Strap Making Machine is a high-precision, SIMENS-controlled automatic strapping machine. It is designed to produce PET straps of up to 250m/min in a variety of widths and thicknesses, ranging from 0.4mm to 1.2mm. Furthermore, its automatic reel change allows for an error of within 0.2mm. This machine is capable of producing straps in a variety of colors, including white, black, blue, and green. This makes it suitable for a range of applications and industries.
Special twin screw extrusion technology and single screw extrusion technology can be chosen according to customer's needs. The full line guarantees stable and even plasticization and it is made automatic through a PLC control system. Additionally, different coatings can be applied to the strap in order to give it extra characteristics depending on the desired application. For example, a coat that increases breaking strength and joint strength of the strap when welding is often used in the context of packaging cotton. The melt filter includes two pistons with air venting and back flushing design. Overall, two to three workers are needed for a twelve hour shift.
