Embossing machine

1. The embossing wheel has been nitrided and heat-treated to achieve a surface hardness of 60 degrees, which is strong and durable. The strapping tape embossed by this embossing machine has clear surface texture, uniform thickness, high tensile strength, and can maintain the force of the belt feeding when used in an automatic baler;

2. The upper and lower wheels of the embossing machine are equipped with synchronous gears to ensure synchronous rotation of the upper and lower wheels, ensuring that the patterns on both sides of the strapping tape are completely consistent, increasing the beauty and transparency of the strapping tape;

3. A fixed gap is left when the upper and lower wheels are assembled, so that there will never be a collision during use, which extends the service life of the embossing wheel.

Semi-automatic winding machine

The automatic deviation correction design and the unique imported material return tooth shaft make the strapping tapes arranged neatly without overlapping or trumpet-shaped. The finished strapping tapes can maintain good straightness and are more suitable for use in fully automatic strapping machines, ensuring that the fully automatic strapping equipment delivers the tapes in place without tape drop or tape jam.
