Product Description of packing belt production equipment:
PP strapping equipment is mainly used to produce PP strapping tape, which is made of PP polypropylene material and has the characteristics of light weight, high strength, bending resistance and easy use.
1. Raw materials-----The production of plastic raw materials can be made of PP recycled materials or mixed new materials to produce strapping tapes. 2. Strapping machine------The various specifications of the strapping tapes produced can be used for various fully automatic unmanned strapping machines at home and abroad.
3. Line speed-------High output, the finished product line speed can reach 260-350m/min.
4. Screw---------High-precision high-quality screws, using well-known brands, unique parameter design, with the advantages of large extrusion volume, good plasticization, high hardness, and wear resistance.
5. Mould--------Foreign quality CNC machine cutting, high-precision die parts, so that the product molding quality is stable, the thickness error range is less than the national strapping tape acceptance standard.
6. Traction system-------Unique five-roller traction system, stable traction, stable equipment operation, reduced failure rate, and reduced later maintenance costs by more than 80%.
7. Cooling system-------Unique cooling circulation system, multiple sets of shaping guide rails, so that the strapping tape can be cooled, shrunk and shaped better, the size is more accurate, and the internal reciprocating winding method is adopted to make full use of thermal energy and efficiently reduce power loss. High-strength alloy steel wheels, shafts, gears, etc., after carburizing, quenching, grinding and other processes, are wear-resistant and durable, effectively reducing the failure rate of equipment.
