Safety Warning
Before you use, maintain and repair the machine, please carefully read and fully understand the operation instruction, and strictly abide by precautions and warning of relevant safety; fine maintenance and correct use and operation can reduce failure and extend machine life. The special safety precautions are also contained in the following introduction of each component.
(1) Both operators of tensioner and puller shall communicate each other to avoid that puller begins to work under operating condition of tensioner not tension laying and cause serious accident.
(2) When puller works, it is prohibited that operators give up operating or leave tensioner.
(3) When operating puller, you shall control handle and adjust pressure smoothly and steadily and avoid over-violent and quick force and brutal operation.
(4) In the process of puller work, continuously observe each pointer; water temperature of engine shall be not more than 95℃; hydraulic oil temperature shall be not more than 85℃; brake pressure shall be not less than 3.5Mpa and not more than 6Mpa; Otherwise, the machine shall be stopped immediately for check.
(5) When puller works, closely supervise operation condition of meters and puller; if abnormal circumstance occurs, please remove in time.
(6) Pressure of each safety valve shall be preset, avoid random adjustment by all means! If accidents, for example, puller fails to work, are caused by adjusting valve without permission, it will bring you much trouble and loss.
(7) Don’t leave inflammables in exhaust pipe and muffler to avoid fire. When you touch above-mentioned parts, be care of burning your hands.
(8) If the electrolyte in the accumulator touches the skin (for example, hand, face and eyes), please wash with clean water (tap water); when entering the mouth, drink a lot of water for emergency treatment and then go to see a doctor.
(9) Please operate strictly according to requirements of the operation instruction; this company shall be not responsible for accidents incurred by any improper operation.
