This steel meets the demanding requirements of the seismic structural design methods.This reinforcing derives its superior strength and ductility by micro alloying the steel with small vanadium additions. Grade HRB 500E steel is readily: weldable, hot or cold bent, threaded and galvanized. Test Certificates are available for every production batch of this product from us.Deformed HRB 500E, is a micro-alloy, hot-rolled, continuously threaded reinforcing bar which can be cut at any length.High tensile, high ductility plain carbon steel for the reinforcing of concrete available as plain and deformed bars.
Features & benefits:
1.High strength Rebar is common steel reinforcing bar, an important component of reinforced concrete structures. It is formed from mild steel, and is given ribs for better frictional adhesion to the concrete.
Rebars are an economical solution and flexible in use, high adaptation power is given.

The most sold rebar is the HRB 500E which corresponds to the standard in Germany,
Belgium, Netherlands, France, Sweden, New Zealand, Australia and Switzerland
3.HRB 500E Seismic Rebar is hot rolled and water cooled, according to the Tempcore method. This method consists of a managed thermic treatment, giving the wanted mechanical characteristics.
4.Excellent ductility and bend properties.
5.The HRB 500E is of high ductility and has high yield strength. Its chemical composition with a max Ceq <0,45 guaranties its weldability.
6.Diameter rangee: 8, 10, 12, 14, 16, 20, 25, 28, 32, 40, 50, 63.5 mm, others can be produced on request.
Bar lengths: 6 m to 24 m.
7.Bundles: approx. 2500kg, wrapped with 5,5 mm wire, other bundle weights or fixed bar number on request.
