Cementing Plug
We specialize in providing API oilfield drilling cementing tools, specifically cement plugs for both top and bottom applications. Our cement plugs are crucial components used to isolate cement slurry from other fluids, ensuring consistent slurry performance and preventing contamination. We offer two commonly used types of plugs for cementing operations.
Our cement plugs are meticulously constructed using high-grade rubber, securely bonded to either a composite or aluminum core. These plugs are designed for PDC drilling, allowing for easy removal during subsequent operations. The aluminum core plug is capable of withstanding temperatures up to 200 degrees Fahrenheit.
Additionally, we offer options for higher temperature applications and compatibility with synthetic or mud fluids. We provide a wide range of sizes for our cement plugs, ranging from 4 1/2" to 20", and can also accommodate special size requirements. Whether you need a single plug system or a dual plug system, we have suitable top and bottom plugs to fulfill your specific needs.
