Q1: Can you make new mold if needed?
A: Yes we are open to new models. Our technician is very experienced. Please talk to our sales team for details.
Q2: How do I request for a quotation?
A: You can send us messages directly. Usually we will get back to you within 24 hours. If you prefer to contact us via email. Please send us a message with your email address, we will get back to you ASAP.
Q3: Do you accept small order quantity?
A: We are SORRY but in general we do not accept orders below the Minimum Order Quantity since our company applies low inventory policy. However, please do not hesitate to ask in case we happen to be manufacturing what you need. We can simply add your order along with it if you do not need any customization.
Q4: Do you provide free samples for quality check before placing the order?
