1-Boiling dry granulator
SUMMARY:
The boiling granulator is also called a one-step granulator. It uses the bonding effect of a binder to bridge and agglomerate solid powders, thereby gradually forming particles.
The granulating powder material is put into the fluidized bed, cold air enters through the filter, is heated by the heater, and the temperature of the cold wind rises to the process temperature, and then enters the fluidized bed to make the powder circulate in a fluidized state, and spray into The misty binder wets the powder in the container, causing the powder to condense into loose small particles. At the same time, the water is continuously evaporated and taken away by the hot air.
Features:
1. It adopts temperature sensor control, which has higher temperature control accuracy.
2.Complete mixing-granulation-drying in the same container, reducing the process and complying with GMP specifications;
3. Operate in a closed container without dust flying and improve the operating environment;
4. The filter bag uses antistatic filter material, and the equipment is safe to operate;

6. Adopt round container, no dead corner of the equipment, light loading and unloading, convenient washing;
The parts in contact with the material are made of stainless steel;
7. Cylinder jack-up seal is adopted, with reliable sealing and simple operation;
8. There is a drainage device at the bottom of the main machine, which can quickly drain the accumulated water when cleaning the machine;
9. The whole equipment is easy to operate, easy to disassemble, easy to clean, and meets the "GMP" requirements.
10. The machine has good sealing performance and negative pressure operation, which is more in line with "GMP" specifications.
