FIFA-certified turf optimizes filament density, height, and structure (usually a mix of straight and curled blades) to ensure a ball rolling speed similar to natural grass (around 8-12 m/s), preventing excessively fast or slow gameplay. It also maintains a consistent ball bounce with an error margin of less than 5%, minimizing unevenness on the field. The friction coefficient is precisely controlled between 0.4 and 0.7, balancing running resistance and anti-slip needs to reduce knee and ankle injuries.
Crafted from 100% imported high-molecular polyethylene (PE) or polypropylene (PP), FIFA-certified turf incorporates UV-resistant, anti-static, and anti-aging additives, ensuring a lifespan of over 10 years with minimal color fading (less than 2 grades after 5,000 hours of sun exposure). With a stitch density of at least 10,000 stitches per square meter, a composite PP+CPE backing, and a high-content eco-friendly PU or styrene-butadiene rubber backing (≥600g/㎡), it withstands over 30 hours of intense training weekly.
FIFA-certified turf integrates a professional drainage system with gravel and sand layers, achieving a water permeability rate of ≥300mm/h and rapid recovery within 30 minutes after heavy rain. Some versions feature “cooling technology” (e.g., hollow fibers or reflective coatings), reducing surface temperatures by 5-8℃ in summer.
