Overview
  • Focused on fluid conveying, metering, proportioning, mixing, and atomization technologies.
  • The CV 300 stainless steel low-pressure mini color changing valve is a high-precision color valve control product designed for robotic painting systems. It is installed on robotic arms (space-saving and lightweight) and used for low-pressure coating color changing. A coating pressure regulator can be optionally equipped at the outlet end for stable pressure/flow adjustment.

Features

  • Lightweight,space-saving,and easy toincrease or decrease the quantity.
  • The valve seat is designed with a backflowstructure,allowing the applicable coatingto circulate at the color-changing valve,which slows down coating precipitation.
  • The switch seat is made of ultra-high molecular weightpolyethylene +SUS316,featuring high reliability and along service life.
  • The valve undergoes precision machining,with a service life of over 1,000,000 cycles(for abrasive coatings,the number ofcycles will be reduced)
  • The flow channel features a straight-through design witha smooth,dead-angle-free surface.The joints require noraw tape and use oriented nylon.
  • Valve body made of 316 stainlesssteel,valve seat made of POM(Polyoxymethylene)
