The new iqualitrol HBM-3000CHY door-type electronic Brinell hardness tester adopts advanced design concept, all aspects of electromechanical use the advanced technology in the field of hardness tester.
The Brinell hardness test result is accurate, display value is repeatable, the degree of automation is high, the labor intensity of the operator is low, and the human error is low. Small and beautiful in appearance, it is one of the most advanced Brinell hardness testers in China and can completely replace imported similar products.
This hardness tester can be used to measure cast iron, non-ferrous metals, various annealed, quenched and tempered steels and most of the steels supplied from the factory.
At the same time, it is suitable for testing softer metals such as pure aluminum, copper, lead-tin-zinc, etc. and their alloys.
Brinell hardness has high measurement accuracy, good reproducibility and representativeness. It is an indispensable hardness measuring instrument for mechanical metallurgy and metrology departments.
Key Features:
The fuselage and workbench adopt precision casting technology, with firm structure, good rigidity, precision, reliability and durability;
Portal frame, large movable workbench, the maximum moving distance is 1000mm;

Stepper motor, high-precision ball screw and linear guide rail; accurate positioning and easy maintenance;
Test force, dwell time, feed speed and test speed can be adjusted and controlled manually;
The test process is automated, without human error;
The accuracy complies with GB/T231.2, ISO 6506-2 and American ASTM E10.
