CYG FOAM is a flexible thermal insulation material made from closed cell, crosslinked polyethylene foam. The special crosslinking utilized in the production of the material, as well as, its closed cell structure, results in insulating properties that are superior to convictional fiberglass, rubber based and non crosslinked products. It is also for reducing thermal losses in heating and plumbing systems. The combination of its technical properties-a low therma conductivity and a high resistance to wter wapor transmission-and its competitive price makes it a cost-effective energy-saving solution.The CYGFOAM range covers the majority of pipe sizes used in these types of installation.

A very low thermal conductivity value(K), and negligible water absorption and vapour transmission rates reflect in its superior energy saving performance, in s varier y of environments.

 

Product structure: Foam with aluminum foil on two sides.

Foam Dimension-the thickness ,width and length ,they all can be customize.

For heat insulation, foam density around 28kg/m3.

       

Normal thickness of one foaming1-10mm,and can be reached to 100mm after lamination.

CYGFOAM is compounded to a achieve a high water vapour diffusion resistance through its closed cell structure and outer dense skin.This helps maintaining a steady thermal performance and a long service life.

 

•Fire resistance

 

CYGFOAM is rated class O as per BS 476 Part 6&7for spread of flame and fire propogation.it does not melt, nor drip when burning,therefore does not cause fire transfer.low smoke density makes it a safer option.

 

•Environment Friendly

 

CYGFOAM is CFC&HCFC free,fiber free,dust free and resistant to mold and fungi growth.It has very low ODP(Ozone Depletion Potential)and GWP(Global Warming Potential)

 

•Chemical resistance

 

Inert to most acids, alkali, detergents, alcohols, esters, and ketones.

 

•Ease Of installation

 

CYGFOAM is quick and easy to install due to its high flexibility , adhesive,light,dimensional stability and smooth surface skin.It can be applied on pipes, ducts and tanks.
