The 75kW gasoline engine electric dynamometer test bench system mainly consists of the following components:

1) Electric dynamometer: Responsible for engine loading and dragging, consisting of an AC motor, a torque flange (German HBM T40B series, used for torque measurement) and a mounting bracket.

2) ABB ACS880 variable frequency inverter system: Controls the electric dynamometer, can load the engine in the forward direction and drag the engine in the reverse direction, and can directly feed the electricity generated by the loading into the grid.
