Using state of the art twin screw compounding equipment Sungallon is able to produce a wide range of materials with hardnessVarying from gels to that of Polypropylene. At present the production capacity is in excess of 40Kt/year. Supporting Sales and production is a dedicated team of 8 R&D engineers and a well equipped Lab. .Sungallon has set itself amission to partnering with customers in joint developing tailor made solutions to meet functional, cost and product safety requirements. Sungallon has achieved certification in accordance with ISO 9001, ISO 14001 standards, as well as multiple OEM specifications. Our manufacturing processes adhere to various Restricted Substance Standards, and we have meticulously designed our production facilities to avoids cross-contamination of material. We employ testing agencies like SGS, UL-STR, or Intertek to confirm our adherence to standards such as EN71-ASTM F963 or the specific Regulatory and Safety Standards (RSS) requested by our clients.

3. About quality control our engineers will carry out laboratory tests during production, while our quality control team will carry out tests before delivery, and will store each batch of production samples for 3-5 years.
4. About color we can match the color according to the color card-Pantone or RAL.
