Desander Plant For Bored Pile And TBM Tunnel Boring Machine
Product Overview
Bored Pile & TBM Desanding Plant is design for bored pile on construction with economy option and very compact design for small footprint. The desanding plant is design for flexible working and installation to suit bored pile, TBM or HDD mud recycling system.
The multi-layout mud-water separation plant, self-developed by TR Solids Control, can be applicable to the slurry and sewage treatment by constructions and pollutions. According to the processing requirements, multiple-stage separation process is adapted to separate the solid matters to recycle the water. Meanwhile, the solid matters can be delivered to the landfill or reused after dewatering.
The multi-stage treatment method utilizes the optimal work efficiency of each system for the treatment of respective particle size range of solid particles, effectively reducing the unit mud treatment cost and improving the treatment efficiency.
