1. How soon can you send the machine after I place the order?
The common models lead time is around 7-10 days.
2. Can you arrange the shipment for me?
We can arrange the shipment for our clients accordingly by sea or by air (it’s up to the customer). Trade terms FOB, CNF, CIF, EXW are available.
3. How can I get machine's spare parts, such as laser tube?
There are two methods. Order spare parts together with the machine, this is the safest way to transport the laser tube. The other way is you can inform us when you need to replace the consumables, we will send them to you by air or express.
4. Which parts of the machine are also expendable?
The wearing parts of machine are laser tube, lens and reflectors.
5. Does your laser run from a laptop or Desktop PC?
Both ok, as long as your operating system is windows 7, windows 8, windows 10 or XP, Apple System is not applicable,.
6. Does your laser work from printer in CorelDraw?
Our laser cutter can work in CorelDraw, Photoshop directly.
It is connected to PC by using a USB cable.
7. What files are the software compatible with?
JPEG, DWG, BMP, PLT, DST, DXF, CDR, AI, etc.
