The non-standard tungsten carbide wear strips are kind of shear punch tool, produced by hard alloy, are specially designed for mechanical equipment molds.
It is a non-standard precision custom-made tungsten carbide strips. Unlike conventional round tungsten carbide rods, this hard alloy shear punch strip has special processing requirements with φ1.2 and φ2 air holes. In terms of metal mold processing terminology, the shear is the cutting edge between the male and female molds, primarily used for metal and plastic processing requirements.
This tungsten carbide products requires a durable and stable lifespan with high precision. It is particularly suitable for use in stamping molds in industrial production. Different shapes of tungsten carbide punches can be produced according to product requirements, enabling batch hole processing, especially in the production of progressive die sets.
