Production Description
The carbide tile is sintered by coarse-grained cemented carbide, with properties of high hardness and good transverse-rupture strength, as well as corrosion resistance, resistance to acid and alkali, long service life.
They are mainly applied to the application as below:
cold pavement milling-planing machine,
rotary digging machinery,
coal digging machine,
roadway and tunnel boring machine,
trench excavator, etc.
The YG16C carbide grade is widely used for crushing or milling rocks scenarios. The tools made by this kind of carbide tiles are commonly used for rock digging, coal mining and geotechnical engineering and oil-fields.

Application:
1, The carbide insert gauge protection is to wear protection of oil-field and mining drill bits, tricone bits and drilling motor tools, mounted around the wall of drill bits, preventing excessive wear from the outer diameter of the bit and extending the service life of drilling tools.
2, applied on heat-resistant parts, wear-resistance parts, anti-shielding parts, anti-corrosion parts.
3, For making progressive press tools and progressive dies of high-velocity ram machine.
