Intelligent integrated ultrapure water system, secondary RO system
1. The product is made of engineering plastic ABS material, which is corrosion-resistant, acid-resistant and alkali-resistant, avoiding the machine from being corroded under strong acid or strong alkali conditions.
2. It adopts a newly developed true-color 4.3-inch touch screen with independent intellectual property rights. Technology is centered around people. The large interface enables great performance. It is equipped with a microcomputer full-automatic control system, multi-level menu operation, featuring high precision, strong anti-interference ability, and the entire operation process is digitalized.
3. With an ergonomic design and a water-electricity separation structure, it has a built-in hidden DC24V power supply. The working voltage is lower than the human safety voltage, which is convenient for maintenance and replacement and ensures safety even more.
4. The water quality of pure water and ultrapure water can be monitored in real time online, with both digital and curve displays. It is equipped with a USB interface, and the water quality data can be downloaded.
5. There are specially set two-level passwords for the factory and customers. All system settings are protected by passwords to prevent unauthorized changes.
6. The produced water meets or exceeds the requirements of ASTM, NCCLS, ISO or USP.
7. It has a specially set fixed-volume water extraction function (fixed volume: 0.05-99L).
8. The date and operating time are displayed online.
9. It has the functions of chip-type intelligent consumable lifespan alarm and reminder, eliminating customers' worries.
10. The water quality parameters of pure water and ultrapure water can be freely set, providing different water quality requirements for different customers.
11. Intelligent design: When the water quality of the produced pure water fails to reach the set parameter value, it will automatically flow back, which is in line with the requirements of water resource conservation and ensures that the pure water in the storage tank is qualified.
