Description:
Ultrasonic sewing machine core is mainly composed of 20Khz ultrasonic transducer, horn (fixed function), tool head and supporting special numerical control power supply combination, using servo motor system to drive rollers to work. Ultrasonic sewing machine uses high-frequency vibration to transmit sound waves from the welding head to the welding surface of the work object, instantly causing the molecules of the work object to friction and reach the melting point of the plastic, thereby completing the rapid welding of solid materials and completing the welding. The joint strength is close to that of a whole piece of continuous material. As long as the joint surface of the product is designed to match, there is absolutely no problem with complete sealing.

Advantage:
Traditional sewing machines stitch two cloths together through a needle-driven thread. During the threading process, not only the cloth is punctured but there is no bond between the cloth and the cloth, but they are tied together by a thin thread so that the cloth is easily pulled. Compared with ordinary needle and thread sewing, ultrasonic sewing does not require needle and thread, high sewing strength, good sealing and fast sewing speed. And the ultrasonic seamless stitching completely solves the problem that the movement direction of the ultrasonic welding head is inconsistent with the movement direction of the cloth, and the problem of non-synchronization will replace the ordinary sewing machine to a great extent.
