Description:
Ultrasonic metal spot welding machine is a solid phase welding method. The weldment transforms the elastic oscillation energy into the collision energy, the deformation energy and the thermal energy between the workpieces under the action of the static pressure and the elastic oscillation energy, so that the two workpieces form a surface. The outer layer of the oxide film then reaches the conflict soldering. When different metal materials are welded, they will form a mixed molecular interface and produce metallurgical welding.
