The efficency of this technology is given by the small, ultrasonic-made bubbles. As generators
activate the transducers, they start to vibrate very quickly. This vibration sends sound waves
through the water at frequencies ranging from 25 to 40kHz which produces cavitation. When cavitation
happens near a dirty object, the vacuum action produced by those million of bubbles constantly
imploding creates a tiny pressure wave that reaches deep into every nook and cranny of even the most
delicate items. This tiny pressure wave dislodges and breaks up the dirt and other contaminants and
gently lifts it away. The result is very fast and effective cleaning.
(1)What’s Ultrasonic
When generate ultrasonic energy in the water, water molecule is destroyed and creates over tens of millions micro cavity. This is called cavitation.
It distributes powerful energy with explosion of cavitation. Ultrasonic washer using that energy to clean without damage of surface or small gaps of washing materials as well as remove residue or foreign substances of fruits or vegetable.
