Yaskawa MH24 is equipped with DX200 control cabinet, which has improved safety and enriched functions. It is a multi-functional industrial robot with high production efficiency. It uses a hollow upper arm, so cables can be placed in the arm, and the loadable weight of the upper arm is 12kg.
The Yaskawa MH24 can easily automate machine maintenance applications and is also capable of arc and laser welding.
The maintenance and inspection of Yaskawa MH24 is also very detailed. The robot body should be dedusted and cleaned according to the working environment on site. The body of Yaskawa MH24 and the 6-axis tool end should be checked to see if they are fixed. Check whether there is oil leakage or oil leakage when the gear box of the body and the wrist are in a sealed state. The motor structure of the Yaskawa MH24 is a left-right rotation structure, and the placement direction can be easily adjusted without replacing the reed switch and air duct. And the rotating mechanism of the clamping device can be rotated to 180°.
