I. Application of Transformer Oil Filtration Machine
Dissolved gasses in transformer oil can cause arcing, corona discharges, and overheating, reducing the electrical efficiency and lifetime of the transformer. Similarly, water contamination at levels as low as 30 ppm (parts per million) can adversely affect the insulating strength of the oil. With ever-increasing standards for energy efficiency of power distribution transformers, the need to effectively degas will become even more important in the future. Particle contamination also affects the function of insulating oil. So, the transformer oil filtration machine is required to purify used transformer oil and keep the transformer oil absolutely clean.
NSH VFD series is mainly used for purifying the insulating oil, transformer oil, mutual oil, switch oil, dielectric oil, and so on.
II. Advantages of Transformer Oil Filtration Machine
1. NSH VFD series adopts the double-stage vacuum system, which can highly improve the machine’s working vacuum value, enable the vacuum limit to reach 5Pa, so it can remove the water, gas, and impurities in transformer oil efficiently, increasing and maintaining the oil's dielectric strength, making sure the electric device running safely.
2.Adopts interlocked protective system, which connects oil pump, heater, and liquid level sensor, avoiding blank heating, blank pumping, oil leakage, and electricity leakage. If there is any fault, the machine will turn off automatically. Operation is very safe.
3. Multi-stage precision filtration system; mesh filtration combined with molecular adsorption technologies can purify the impurity size to 1 micron.
