The Vibrating flat linear voice coil motor in the field of precision manufacturing, the performance of CNC machine tools directly affects the machining accuracy, efficiency and ability to realize complex parts. With the aerospace, semiconductor and medical device industries on the micron and even nano-scale machining needs of the growth, the traditional drive technology gradually revealed the lack of response speed, mechanical transmission chain error accumulation and other limitations. Vibrating flat linear voice coil motors, as a new type of direct-drive linear motors, can realize microsecond dynamic response and nanometer positioning accuracy by virtue of its high frequency response, contactless force transmission, high dynamic accuracy and other characteristics.
In microfabrication: such as optical mold engraving, chip packaging drilling, machine tools need to achieve sub-micron level repeatable positioning accuracy, vibration flat linear voice coil motor through direct-drive mode of direct coupling of the motor and the worktable, with the closed-loop feedback of the grating scale or laser interferometer, the position error can be controlled within ± 0.1μm.
In the machining of hard-to-cut materials (e.g. titanium alloy, ceramics), the tool is prone to high temperature and wear due to continuous cutting. The vibrating flat linear voice coil motor can drive the tool or workpiece through high frequency vibration, changing continuous cutting into intermittent cutting mode.
When CNC machine tools move at high speeds, the mechanical structure is prone to deformation due to inertial forces, resulting in machining errors. Vibrating flat linear voice coil motors can be integrated into the active vibration suppression system of a machine tool due to their high bandwidth characteristics.
Flat type voice coil motorized sub-coils are lightweight, with short response time and high frequency.
