Wonusn patented 138 series serve motor barrier gate utilizes a permanent-magnet synchrounous serve motor (PMSM motor) that is installed within a high quality aluminum alloy press formed housing and a well-designed gear reducer. The motor contains high power density, low noise, small vibration, and a high efficiency allowing for fast response as a special drive applied.
In comparison to traditional asynchronous motors, serve motors possess a higher efficiency, higher power factor, lower temperatures, improved power-saving abilities, and an improved quality factor with the power grid. This enables the streamlining of power grid capacity, saving investments in power grids.
The motor drive utilizes a serve motion control algorithm that utilizes an encoder to precisely determine and execute motion curves while passing through open and closed positions. The highly versatile motor can be utilized for a variety of applications such as expressway toll stations, bus stations, shopping malls, airports, and hospitals.
This SL302 swing gate operator is easy to use and configure. It can adjust the open and close speed and change the arm direction from left to right. Even when the power is off, manual open and close arm is available and the arm will lock itself. It also comes equipped with wireless remote, photocell 10 port output, loop detector anti-collision 10 output, open and close control input, 12V traffic light output, traffic light signal output, open and close limit signal output. There is a counting (fleet) input RS485 communication input and a 24V battery input port. It also has a delay close arm function that is adjustable from 1 to 300 seconds, open and close arm speed deceleration function, one-key setting arm type with corresponding speed, arm auto reverse function (force adjustable), and an anti-collision alarm function (additional sensors and alarms are required).
This gate has a DC24V power supply and a rated power of 200W or 400W.
It comes with a second-generation DC servo motor with 3000r/min no-load speed and a Mean Time Between Failures (MTBF) of 10 million. There is a spring with 3 pcs, and an input interface with photocell, loop detector, and parking system. An output interface has motor and traffic lights, and there is also an optional RS485 or TCP/IP communication with a remotedistance of up to 100m in sunny weather.
The boom arm is made of aluminum alloy, with a thickness of 2mm with powder coating. It has a housing size of 335mm*335mm*925mm. Its package dimension is 1030mm*380*450mm, with a net and gross weight of 45KG and 48KG respectively. The max boom length is 6M for a straight arm, 4.5M for a two-fence arm, and 4M for a three-fence arm. Its open/close speed ranges from 0.6S to 6S and 0.9S to 8S, and the protection grade is IP54.
The working temperature is -30℃+70℃, with relative humidity of up to 90%. The output power is 56.8 N.m and it is made of 304 stainless steel. It also comes with a 3-year warranty.
