Introduction
The bucket elevator is a fixed installation mainly used for the vertical continuous conveying of powdery materials or granular materials.The equipment is of straightforward structure, compact design, good sealing performance, easy installation and maintenance, allowing positive and reverse material feeding, as well as flexible process configuration and layout.
The bucket elevators are available in direct coupling drive, sprocket driven or gear reducer drive, delivering straightforward structure and easy arrangement.
Features
1. Application widely, not only lifting the common powder, granular and block material, but also lifting the high grinding material;
2. Low driving power, low energy consumption, energy conservation;
3. For lifting same material, energy consumption is 1/3~1/2 compared with the link chain bucket elevator;
4. The whole machine with full sealed design, no dust pollution while running;
5. The machine housing case adopt embossing structure, better stiffness, high precision, good-looking appearance.
Applicable Fields of Belt Conveyor
Bucket elevators are suitable for transporting powdery, granular and small block materials, such as coal, cement, gravel, sand, clay, mineral ore, etc. The temperature of conveying material is less than 60 °C.
Working Principle
The hopper scoop up the material from the nether storage, raising to the top along with the conveyor belt or chain. After bypassing the top wheel it turns downward, and the bucket elevator dump the material into the tank.
