Product description
Continuous vacuum feeding machine is a highly efficient and automated material conveying equipment. It relies on vacuum negative pressure suction to achieve continuous material transportation. It is suitable for various materials such as particles and powders and is widely used in food, pharmaceutical, chemical and other industries. It does not require manual feeding, can avoid material dust and pollution, and can be flexibly connected to various equipment on the production line. It occupies a small area, has low energy consumption, and greatly improves the conveying efficiency and cleanliness of the production environment.
Working principle
The working process of the continuous vacuum feeder: The vacuum pump operates to create a negative pressure in the pipeline and the separation chamber, drawing the material from the source and transporting it with the airflow into the separation chamber. Inside the chamber, the filter separates the material from the air, with the air being discharged and the material gathering by gravity. The material is continuously discharged to the downstream equipment through the unloading mechanism. The entire process maintains a stable negative pressure, achieving continuous feeding.
