Product description

The double cone mixer is a highly efficient powder mixing equipment with a main body of a double cone-shaped sealed container. It features high mixing efficiency, good uniformity, no dead corners for mixing inside the equipment, and is easy to clean, which can reduce material residue. 
It is widely applicable to various materials, capable of handling free-flowing powders and granular materials, and can also be used for the mixing of materials with a small amount of liquid added. It is commonly applied in industries such as pharmaceuticals, food, chemicals, and building materials.

Working principle 

The core working principle of the double-cone mixer is to achieve uniform mixing through the rotation of the container: The main double-conical closed container rotates slowly around the horizontal center axis. During this process, the powders, particles and other materials inside the container will, due to the change in container shape and the action of the rotational force, constantly disintegrate, interweave, flip and re-aggregate within the container. They not only move in a circular motion along the inner wall of the container but also undergo radial mutual penetration in the conical transition section. Eventually, different components of the materials can achieve uniform mixing without the use of any forced stirring components.
