Product description
The powder filling machine is a packaging equipment specifically designed for the automated quantitative filling of powdered materials. It uses an accurate measurement system to efficiently and uniformly inject the pre-set weight or volume of powdered materials into containers. Working principle
The powder filling machine achieves automated production through a closed-loop process of "material supply - measurement control - filling execution - linkage control". The storage bin is fed by the feeding device to the measurement mechanism. According to the characteristics of the materials, it adopts screw, volumetric or weighing measurement methods to precisely control the quantity. After measurement, the material is injected through the filling nozzle, and vibration and blowing air are used to prevent blockage and residue.
