The straight-line screen is a common screening device. It has a simple structure and is mainly composed of a screen frame, a screen mesh, and exciter. The exciter is used to make the screen mesh produce high-frequency vibration, and the materials are thrown up and dispersed on the screen mesh. Fine particles through the screen mesh and become screen undersize, while coarse particles are discharged along the screen mesh. Working principle
When the linear vibrating screen works, the core component, the motor, drives the exciter to rotate at high speed, generating strong vibration. enter from the feed port and are continuously thrown up and down under the high-frequency vibration of the screen surface. Fine particles with a particle size smaller than the screen surface diameter, under the combined action of gravity and vibration, pass through the screen surface and become screen undersize; while coarse particles with a particle size larger than the screen hole diameter move along the screen surface towards the discharge port and are finally discharged from the discharge port, achieving the screening and separation of materials. The whole process is efficient smooth, and can quickly and accurately complete the classification of materials with different particle sizes.
