The closed ton bag feeding station is like an intelligent "safety fortress" for materials. It uses a fully enclosed structure to prevent dust from escaping. Working principle
The closed ton bag feeding station builds an efficient and clean material handling system through automated and sealed design. First, the ton bags are precisely lifted to the bag-breaking station by the lifting device. The cutting tools break the ton bags, causing the materials to fall by gravity. The impurities are then screened out by the vibrating screen. The negative pressure dust collection system adsorbs the flying dust throughout the process to ensure that the negative pressure environment in the station does not cause pollution to leak out. Finally, equipment such as screw conveyors stably transport qualified materials to the designated workstations.
