The ton bag dumping station is mainly used for opening and unloading ton bags (ton
bags) of powdered and granular materials. This equipment has advantages of low
power consumption, good sealing effect, fast bag opening and unloading, free setting
of stop and release time (does not affect the characteristics of unused), and reduces
the labor intensity of workers.
The material is lifted to the feeding platform by the electric hoist, and the discharge
port of the packaging bag is manually or automatically opened. unpacked powdered
material enters the downstream equipment of the feeding platform by its own weight.
During this process, the dust is attracted into the filter room by a powerful pressure
airflow, and then blocked on the outer surface of the filter element. The clean gas is
discharged through the inside of the filter element and then by the fan achieving
dust-free operation and operation on-site.
