Vacuum conveying is a pipeline sealed conveying method, which can eliminate dust
environmental pollution, improve the working environment, and at the same time
reduce pollution of the environment and personnel to the material, improving
cleanliness. Since it is pipeline conveying, it occupies less space and can complete
the conveying of powder in narrow, making the working space look tidy and beautiful;
it is not limited by distance. At the same time, the vacuum loader can reduce the labor
intensity of workers improve work efficiency; it is the preferred conveying method for
most powder materials.
The vacuum loader is composed of a vacuum pump or Roots blower, stainless steel
suction nozzle, conveying steel wire flexible hose, PE filter device air compressor
back-blowing air bag, pneumatic loading door equipment, and automatic control
equipment for vacuum hopper material level. These components work together to
achieve working principle, such as the vacuum pump or Roots blower drawing air to
create a negative pressure environment, the suction nozzle inhaling the material, and
the filter achieving gas-material separation.
1.Dust-free and sealed: The vacuum loader uses sealed pipelines for material
conveying, and the entire conveying process is completed in a completely sealed
state, dust pollution.
